As of 8/13/2019, we have made changes to how usage for Classroom Video On Demand titles are attributed to coincide with the relaunch of both products.
Previously, if you subscribed to both products, all usage was automatically being associated to Learn360. No matter which URL you accessed the product from, everything was being forced under the Learn360 brand in the admin portal.
What has changed?
As of the product relaunch, we have changed the site to properly attribute usage to the product in which the title belongs. Learn360 exclusive titles will show usage under the Learn360 product in our admin portal and Classroom Video exclusive titles will show usage under the CVOD product.
For any title that belongs to both collections, approximately 11,000, usage will be attributed to the product based on the URL (domain) it was accessed from.
- If you primarily access both products via https://learn360.infobase.com, all dual collection usage will be attributed to Learn360 in your admin portal.
- If you primarily access both products via https://cvod.infobase.com, all dual collection usage will be attributed to Learn360 in your admin portal.
